The main reason for making tooling in house is to avoided the long lead times to have tooling made, and if it's not working perfectly and needs to be adjusted we can do it quickly without sending it out and waiting for it to come back. another reason  is to keep the cost down. We make all our tooling at our cost. 

   If you require your parts to be cut to exact angles or lengths after curving we have double headed compound miter saws, they cut  fast and very accurately . 

We can also machine large curved parts to special contours in our 120"x  by 34"y  CNC machining center.
